Indian Government has decided to ban Chinese Apps diverting data and those with security issues due to recent tension along the borders.

The official statement further said that the Ministry of Information Technology has gotten “numerous representations raising worries from citizens with respect to the security of information and risk to the privacy-related operation of certain Apps”.
